How much time does it take to deliver the order?

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.  Jewels pieces are made to order. Please note that each order takes approximately 15-20 days for production and delivery. 

Customised and Bespoke orders make take longer for delivery. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Are there any shipping charges or taxes applicable to my order?

The reflect prices are inclusive of all taxes and GST. However, we charge an a flat shipping fee on domestic orders under 1500/-. To schedule a pick-up from our office in Jaipur please contact us on shivijewelsjaipur@gmail.com before placing the order.

Do you offer Cash On Delivery?

Unfortunately, at this moment we are unable to accommodate COD requests.

Do you ship internationally?

Issues with delivery / tampered parcel?

You will always receive your order in a tamper proof envelope In case you believe your package has been tampered with, please make sure you immediately take a photograph of the same and get in touch with our customer service team on shivijewelsjaipur@gmail.com or call us on +91-9602431853

I put the wrong shipping address, or I made a mistake on my order, can you change it?

If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please call us at +91-9602431853 or E-Mail  shivijewelsjaipur@gmail.com. If it’s after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and your order number (if available).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
