IDEATION
An piece of jewelry begins with an idea. The bespoke process starts with a design consultation with our team. We try to understand your vision, what you are looking to create and how to best bring your vision to life. We will schedule an inital conversation via email, phone call or in store.

DESIGN
Next our Designer will work through the process of designing your piece, working to create something personal and unique as per you specifications. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the end result. Upon request at this stage we will be able to provide a ball park estimate.

SOURCING
Based on the final design, we will source the right stones for your jewelry. We will also source any other material, finding etc required for your jewelry. At this stage we will also be able to give you a closer estimate.

PRODUCTION
We reqest a 50-75% deposit, post which we begin production. All of our pieces are made by our master jewellers in Jaipur. The production process can take anywhere between 6-12 weeks, if you have a specific date in mind that you would like your piece by, please flag this at the beginning of the process.

RECIEVE YOUR JEWELS
Once your piece is complete, we will be in touch with images and to request balance payment and delivery instructions. Feel free to contact us any point for updates and with any questions you may have. We would be delighted to see you in our pieces.
